YOUTH SERVICE
The Youth Service is directly responsible for running youth centres and projects. It provides a varied programme of social, educational and recreational activity. It also gives advice and support to voluntary youth organisations, together with a number of specialist projects. YOUTH SPEAKS OUT (PUBLIC SPEAKING)
An annual competition open to all youth groups, organisations and schools in the borough, for people aged 11-21 years. Application forms are available from Youth and Play Services Section on the telephone number below.
