OMBUDSMAN
The Local Government Ombudsman will investigate complaints from the public about maladministration by local authorities. A pamphlet describing the functions of the ombudsman, and complaints procedures, together with application forms may be obtained from Perceval House reception, libraries or from the Ombudsman direct.

OPEN HOUSE
Ealing takes part in the London Open House weekend, usually held on the second weekend in September each year. During this weekend buildings which are not usually accessible to the public are opened and a series of guided walks are held. For more details contact the following number.
