The Electoral Registration Office is in room TB24 in basement of Ealing Town Hall, New Broadway, Ealing W5 2HL. It is open to the public Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm. Help and advice is available on voting rights and the organisation of council, parliamentary, mayor and assembly and European elections and referenda.. To make sure of voting you should get your name on the electoral register which is compiled annually. It can be inspected at Ealing Town Hall (ground floor), libraries and post offices.

Please contact your local housing office during normal working hours, in the evening and at weekends please ring the emergency number below. The council will only make homes safe out of hours, not carry out full repairs.

EMERGENCY SERVICES (OUT OF NORMAL OFFICE HOURS)
The council provides a full out-of-hours emergency service for dealing with dangerous defects of the highway such as potholes, street lighting and other emergencies as below. Please give precise details of the problem to the duty officer so that appropriate action is taken. A social worker is on duty at all times to deal with domestic or other family problems. The service is staffed continuously and the duty officer will refer your call to the appropriate service. Calls are normally answered quickly but if the duty officer is dealing with another call there may be a slight delay. Do not hang up as your call will be answered. Non-emergencies will not usually be dealt with until the next working day.

ENERGY - LOCAL AGENDA 21 PROJECT GROUP

EVENTS
The Halls & Events Team organise a range of events from the Ealing Summer Festival and Ealing Jazz Festival to children's entertainment and funfairs. Several other festivals are also organised by community groups; including the Southall Show, Hanwell Carnival, Greenford Carnival, Acton Extravaganza.
