BILLS
Bills and invoices from the council can be paid at the Cash Office, Town Hall Annexe, New Broadway, Ealing, Open 9.00am-4.00pm Mon to Fri. Cheques or postal orders must be crossed and made payable to London Borough of Ealing.
BLINDNESS
There is automatic entitlement to a travel permit for borough residents whose sight is permanently and substantially impaired. In case of visual impairment there is automatic entitlement to an orange badge to membership of the RNIB talking book service and the British wireless for the blind scheme, plus concessions on television licences and holidays. In case of partially sighted, subject to certification, some services listed above are available. For further details contact any consultant ophthalmic surgeon or ophthalmic optician. BUILT ENVIRONMENT - LOCAL AGENDA 21 GROUP
